Mango Jicama Slaw
Jicama is a healthy food I recommend adding into your diet. It’s high in several nutrients, fiber and antioxidants, which may provide health benefits, including improved digestion, weight loss and a reduced risk of disease. Plus, jicama is tasty and crunchy and can be eaten by itself or paired with many other foods.

Below is one of my FAVORITE recipes using both Jicama and Mango.
Mango Jicama Slaw
1/4 cup Cilantro, fresh
1 clove Garlic
3 cups Green cabbage
1 cup Jicama
1/2 cup Mango, ripe firm
1/4 cup Mango chunks
2 tbsp Honey
2 tsp Lime juice
1/2 tsp Red pepper
1/4 tsp Sea salt
2 tbsp Olive oil
2 tbsp Rice vinegar
Mix together and Enjoy !!!
