January 12-17, 2025. Nestled within The Retreat, a luxurious crystal mountain wellness resort, this experience invites you to explore yourself, and the beautiful lands of Costa Rica.

This six day, five night stay retreat includes:

• Three organic, locally sourced meals each day (most grown on the property)

• Sound Bowl Healing - a truly beautiful experience. As an ancient technique that existed in several cultures, sound healing is a powerful therapy combining different healing sounds that will take you on a journey of deep meditation to improve your multidimensional frequency and ignite your state of consciousness where all layers of your luminous energy field (body, mind, soul, spirit) are awakened gently and lovingly.

• Wellness Cooking Class - a fun, hands on experience with a chef from The Retreat learning how to make simple, nutrient dense foods for when you get back home.

• 60 min Travel Recovery massage in the Vida Mia Ayurvedic Healing Center, an exquisite combination; of head, back, and shoulder massage with reiki focus on your head.

  Head massage supports the nervous system by alleviating stress. It also stimulates the lymphatic system, encouraging the elimination of toxins, which improves concentration and relieves migraine pain, relieves chronic neck and shoulder stiffness, while increasing oxygen uptake in tissues and improving circulation.

  Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stressed, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

The Deluxe Room is cozy and comfortable, this room, has the charm of the home, set back the yoga studio against the lush mountain with private patio to put your feet up and relax. Open and airy, your room features a King bed option for a perfect place to catch up on some sleep.

The Premium Room has expansive views to the mountains that can be seen from the luxurious King-Sized Beds or on the spacious balcony and sitting area adorned with hanging chair swings. Coco is our King suite situated near the yoga studio with a large, covered balcony for enjoying the vast views of the mountain, valley, and ocean.

Built on the south facing mountain side with views extending to the pacific ocean. These are The Retreat's largest rooms at 690 square feet with an open floor plan and high ceilings giving you a feeling of floating on the mountain top from every angle of the room. Featuring luxurious King Size Beds, a spacious balcony and sitting area adorned with double hanging chair swings. Also, a large bathtub surrounded by glass for bathing in a setting connected to nature.
