Drink at least 2 cups a day when you first notice symptoms of any illness or drink a cup a day for increased immunity + prevention.
• 3 liters of water
• 3 lemons cut in quarters
• 2 onions cut in quarters
• 4 cloves of garlic mashed (let it sit for about 15 minutes before you add it to the pot)
• 1 inch piece of ginger root peeled
Bring all these ingredients to boil and let it boil for 15 minutes. Then drink at about 133° F
