It’s been a hot minute since I’ve done a “selfie with a shake” but 13 years later and I’m still an advocate for Meal Replacement Shakes. Why ?

Simple...because there are right ways to do it.

For me, Meal Replacement Shakes help me make better food choices with a busy schedule, curbs my sweet tooth cravings, saves money and it’s super convenient (especially days like today when we are out the door at 7am!)

Here are a few things to pay attention to in a shake:

• The grams of protein in your shake should always be higher than or equal to the amount of carbs you're consuming (this prevents your blood sugar from dropping and keeps you full longer).

• Balance between your 3 macros (protein, carbs and fats)

• Organic, Non GMO, with no artificial sweeteners or flavors
